Debutant director Anindya Sarkar’s Saathi Amar Bondhu Amar is a love story with a dash of friendship thrown in. Best friends Raj (Surjo) and Doll (Sinjini) are blissfully unaware throughout their college life that they are in love. By the time they realise, the situation has turned unfavourable. It doesn’t help that Doll comes from an affluent family, while Raj works part-time as a stuntman to pay for his education.
