Gangor, the film by Italo Spinelli that was adapted from a Mahasweta Devi work, has swept the award ceremony at the New Jersey International South Asian Film Festival. Says Vinod Kumar, the executive producer of the movie, “The awards were announced on Sunday. Priyanka Bose, who plays the female lead, and Adil Hussain, who plays a photographer, were present at the ceremony where the movie won the Best Film, Best Actor, Best Actress and Best Director awards.”
